How much does it cost?
Our rates are determined by a sliding scale based on the number of participants, number of days, and individual needs (lodging, shuttles, etc.).
MORE BUDDIES + LONGER RIDES = BIGGER SAVINGS!
Our base fee, including bikes, gear, guides, fuel and lunch averages $350/day, plus 10% tax and land use fees. For example:
Day trip
2 riders, $700 ($350 per person)
6 riders, $1800 ($300 per person)
Point to Point trip, 3 days/4 nights, including chase vehicle & double occupancy lodging
2 riders $4400 ($2200 per person)
6 riders, $8888 ($1482 per person)
If you bring your own bike, you receive $125/day discount.
If you would like deluxe or single occupancy lodging, your cost will go up.
If you would like meals provided on a Point to Point trip, add $140 for 3 days/3 nights.
If you need an airport shuttle, we can arrange one at a minimal charge.
For specific rates on YOUR custom trip, contact us. We will give you a quote within 48 hrs.
A deposit of $250 for each person is required to hold your reservation. It is non-refundable; however, it is tranferrable to another rider if you can find someone to take your place. The balance will be charged upon your arrival, even if you don't show up. Any changes to planned tour upon arrival will be subject to additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make your reserved trip, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to fill your reserved spots, however, in addition to the $250 deposit, you will be responsible for difference in multi-rider discounts offered to the other riders on the group. For example, if you book a two person tour and another group of two books to join your tour at a later date, they are quoted rates based on four riders. (Your rate also goes down as a result of their booking). If you cancel, and we are unable to fill your spots, they still pay the four rider rate, you pay the difference.
Tour Options
We offer several different routes depending on weather and time of year. We have currently been permitted for trails that allow for ranging out farther, with accommodations provided in mountain cabins or motels in nearby resort towns. These new trails are awesome and include single track, desert, mountain, slickrock terrain and more!
Day Trips:
On a Day Trip, we depart from Moab at 8 a.m. and return to town that evening. We provide bikes, gear, guide, shuttle to and from the trialhead and a light lunch. Each day (as many as you choose), riders will ride two loops with a stop for snacks and fuel - different trails each time. Miles covered in a day can be up to 100 miles, depending on group skill levels and scenic stops. We will take beginners (lessons included) to experts. Lodging, meals and chase vehicle provided upon request.
Point to Point Trips:
These are multi-day trips where we ride out from one town in the morning, end up at another that evening, stay overnight and ride again the next morning. Three day/four night and 2 day/3 night are most common. Cost includes bikes, gear, guide, lunches, lodging and chase vehicle.
